At Cabinets To Go, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home renovation project. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy on most uninstalled products in their original packaging.
Request Authorization
Contact our customer care team or visit your local showroom to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of receipt.
Prepare Your Items
Ensure all cabinets and accessories are unassembled and secured in their original manufacturer packaging to qualify for a full refund minus restocking fees.
Arrange Shipping or Drop-off
Ship the items back to our central distribution center using a carrier of your choice, or coordinate a drop-off at the original point of purchase.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods for damage and completeness, we will issue a credit to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
